Handoff is an app for assuring a smooth communication among your iPhone, iPod touch and iPad.
For using the Handoff app you have to have a Handoff account. If you are logged in, you have the option to configure web pages, manage server specialized software, or use browser extensions and bookmarklets right from your account.
All those apps work together to make handing off data from your browser to your mobile device as simple as possible.
The Handoff Extension is available for both Google Chrome and Safari.
