BBSiTerm is based on the iTerm project with some useful and convenient extensions especially for BBS surfing such as locational IP lookup, picture URL detection, displaying and uploading (partial supported).
Usage tips: To Newbies: · For chinese support when surfing BBS, set the encoding to GBK. · Launch BBSiTerm and type telnet -8 bbs.fudan.edu.cn
Displaying Pictures: · Right click - Close the picture window · Option + Right click - Save the picture into your home folder. · Control + Left click - Enlarge the picture if it was previously shrinked. · Command +Left click - Open the URL in Safari.
IP description: · This feature currently supports Intel-based Macs only. · All the internal type IP addresses (with prefixes like 10., 192. etc.) will be searched in the FDwry.dat.
