Lively is a free and open source live preview plug-in for all coders that use Coda for editing their projects.
You can find the source in the Lively plug-in’s bundle wrapper by selecting the plug-in in the Finder and choosing “Open Package Contents” from the Finder’s contextual menu.
Installation: Unzip and copy the Coda plug-in in ~/Library/Application Support/Coda/Plug-ins/. If it`s not there already, create it.
