HT Colony Grid Analyzer 1.1

HT Colony Grid Analyzer is a free and open source program that measures sizes and other properties of colonies arrayed in a grid format (intended for 768, 384, or 96 colonies on agar plates) from jpeg images.

HT Colony Grid Analyzer analyzes only .jpg images. HT Colony Grid Analyzer expects an approximate resolution of 160 dots per cm. Images should be cropped to the size of the experimental plate or have a black background outside of the plate if possible.
