ArtDeCodex is a simple utility to extract the jpg or png data hiding inside iTunes itc files.
All you have to do is drop any .itc files from your ~/Music/iTunes/AlbumArtwork folder and ArtDeCodex will extract their image information. Then save the file to a location of your choice.
