The Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (in short, CBT) is an evidence-based form of psychotherapy.
The CBT exercises focus on helping the patients learn how to master new thinking techniques in order to modify negative emotions, beliefs and behaviors.
CBT Pad also provides its users an effective method for recording the most common elements of an CBT exercise, while practicing it.
Please note that CBT Pad is not meant to be used for a mental health intervention; it is a collaborative tool to be used by a CBT practitioner. Advice should always be sought from a qualified health professional for any mental health problem.
