Tuples is a very useful PostgreSQL client that has been developed in Objective-C. We built it because, being web developers ourselves, we couldn’t find anything intuitive and easy to use and we just couldn’t cope with the bloat and performance of existing clients, mostly written in an attempt to target as many markets as possible with a single binary.
Why don’t you try it out yourself? Have a go and tell us what you think. We’re always open to suggestions and critiques.
Tuples allows you to connect to PostgreSQL servers up to version 9. It supports multiple connection profiles allowing you to work on several servers at the same time.
Tuples also supports all the small things you’d expect from a normal development tool: syntax highlighting, multiple editors per connection and the ability to export query results in several formats.
Doesn’t matter if you’re a DBA, Sys Admin or Web Developer - the fit and performance of a native client will fit your workflow perfectly.
