LimSee3 is a multimedia authoring tool that aims flexibility and easiness of use through extensive use of document templates. LimSee3 is based on a customizable interface and a template mechanism.
NOTE: LimSee3 is developed in Java, as Open Source. Our own contribution is subject to the CeCILL-B license (BSD-like), but due to some libraries we use, the whole project is distributed under CeCILL (GNU GPL-compatible).

· Quicker image displaying and refreshing: a noticeable speed-up can be observed namely on resizing/hiding authoring tools.
· The timeline tool has now a default zoom level which allows to fit the whole timeline into the current window.
· Drag&drop of media files now works better under Windows: one can drag an image directly from Explorer to LimSee3.
