GeneTrack 1.0.3

GeneTrack is a free and open source bioinformatics software package for storing, querying and visualizing interval oriented data.

GeneTrack provides:
· a framework and application programming interface for efficient data storage including:
  · fast query and retrieval of genomic intervals
  · a data fitting functionality that can combine and average multiple noisy measurements
  · a peak detection algorithm that can identify maximal and non-overlapping peaks
· a charting and visualization layer for displaying the stored data
· a web enabled interface that makes the plots accessible via a browser
